I was expecting the worst after reading all the terrible reviews of west elm particularly with regards to delivery and customer service. Their furniture is great for small spaces with their low profiles and tailored silhouettes.

Each piece is assembled in the usa with hand built frames and cushions and hand finished upholstery. It s nice to have an option for a sectional in a smaller space. Unfortunately the cushions did have a bit of that crinkle material that i don t like but not as bad as with the newport sofa. This one has an overstuffed look though and i like that it has a small chaise.
